our mission
The mission of Sojourner’s is to come alongside and serve military, veterans and their families in the community as they navigate life and integration by providing resources and a safe place to gather and find community. This includes, but shall not be limited to, providing books and materials, refreshments, and a location for groups and meetings of veterans, military service members, and their families.
Community
We aim to provide a safe and peaceful place for anyone to come and find a place of community and support. We host events and small groups focused on active duty service members, veterans, and their families to share, learn, and grow. Check out the events page to find one for you!
Healing
We are open to everyone in our community, but our mission focus is on reaching those that have served our nation and their families. We want to connect with these warriors and their families wherever they are in their journey in a confidential, informal environment. We believe resiliency starts with healing of invisible wounds of the mind, body, and spirit.
hope
Through our community environment and resources, we restore hope to those that struggle within. We aim to build up hope and peace for military and veterans both within themselves as well as through an intentionally created community of like-minded individuals.
